Welcome to the Shelter cluster.

The Shelter Cluster convenes approximately 30 organizations, including national and international NGOs, the Red Cross movement and UN agencies. UN-HABITAT manages the coordination. The cluster was started as the Emergency Shelter Cluster.

Through the support of the Department of Foregin International Development (DFID), 10,000 Household relief kits have been made available for distribution by members of the Shelter Cluster (SC). The household relief kits include the ESC-defined contants.
