Weather Central, Inc. is pleased to provide the following weather information to assist the Humanitarian Information Center efforts in Myanmar.
We are currently running SuperMicroCast™ (6 km grid spacing) forecast models over the targeted region in Myanmar that sustained the most significant damage. Each SuperMicroCast™ model is outputting a large variety of forecast variables that could be useful to the team.
We are currently only providing 3 variables as part of the initial setup for proof of concept. If the team feels it is necessary to expand these offerings we can easily make modifications. Please explore the links below and offer feedback on how to better serve the team. Currently, the imagery loops are 2 MB .MPG animation files and the corresponding still images are 720x486 .JPGs.
